Blackhead Treatment Using Natural Home Remedies
Egg Whites and Pure Raw Honey- Combine the honey and egg whites together and then apply it as a face mask to your clean face. This combination will gently pull out the impurities that are in your pores, which will reduce blackheads. Leave the mask on your skin for approximately 20 minutes, then use a gentle cleanser and warm water to rinse it off. To retain hydration, apply an oil-free moisturizer.
Steam And Honey Mask- Place a towel over your face and head. Look down with your eyes closed into a pot of hot water. Let the steam open your pores up for a couple of minutes. Next wash your skin in order to remove oil, acne-causing bacteria and residue from your skin. Apply a mask made of pure raw honey to your face. Leave the mask on until it is completely dry or for about a half an hour. After it has dried, peel the mask gently from your face and then use warm water to rinse. This will clear up your pores, and the antimicrobial and antibacterial properties in the honey will help to fight acne infections.
Grated Organic Raw Potato- First grate an organic raw potato and then rub it over your damp clean face for around 15 minutes. Use a circular motion while rubbing, and give special attention to the places on your face where blackheads have a tendency to form, such as the chin, nose and cheeks. Let your face dry for approximately 15 minutes, then use warm water to rinse it off. Apply an oil-free moisturizer to your face in order to balance your skin’s pH levels and to add moisture.
Keep in mind that washing your face too much won’t help to get rid of your blackheads faster. In fact, it is more likely to cause more breakouts and skin irritation. The most you should ever wash your face is 3 times per day, although two times per day is what is recommended. If you do more than that, it strips your skin of the oils it needs that are beneficial for your skin.
Eating a nutritious and healthy diet full of plenty of vegetables and fruits is also very important. You should also drink lots of water in order to flush toxins out of your systems. Finally, don’t forget to exercise! When you work out and sweat out toxins, it opens your pores up. This releases the buildup inside your pores.
