Sore throat is a condition that marked pain in the throat. Sore throat may be caused by different causes, including inflammation of the larynx, pharynx, or tonsils.

Gargle with 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon salt dissolved in a glass of warm water; use several times a day if needed. For a gentler treatment, combine 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar and 1/4 cup honey and take 1 tablespoon every four hours.
